i loaned this pedal out to a friend who needed a rig. i go up to get the pedal, i figured i would reload the firmware. there are paint chips off of the pedal, the input jack is missing off the back so i plugged it in all the lights lit up and i get blocks across the screen then it goes blank yea this pedal was abused. now i am out 400.00 can i get this pedal repaired anywhere, i am so pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the 3rd time in 2 years since i bought the HD400 pedal board that it will not boot, it just hangs on please wait. you have to reset it back to default and then download the firmware again. has anyone else experienced this it did this right before a gig i cant use the pedal if its not reliable. any advice?
