I have determined how to save the flag markers with the save button but the audio still goes away after a reset

I have noticed that the flags that I add to a song disappear after I restart the device along with the audio. Is there a method required to save the flags and audio after importing the song from the computer to the helix stadium?

Thank you for the idea silverhead. I have verified the version as Firmware 1.2.1 and the tracks show as blank. After I had updated to this firmware, I put the tracks on. They played fine. After powering off and rebooting , they appeared blank. No wave forms are visible in the tracks.

This appears to be a problem even with the latest update. Does anyone else still have the problem?
