    Tried both, my VDI cable is new, I can get it to work flawlessly with the variax interface and workbench.

    Yes I do have it as my selected input, but when I say it won't recognize it, I'm saying when I get to the variax setup options, 7/10 in the setup on the pod it shows that there's no variax connected. My poor HD 500 is a few years old, and has been thru hell though. I think it might be time for a new one.

    I've pulled my hair out with this. All firmware is up to date, and the VDI cable clicks in as it should on both the pod and variax, but still nothing. PLEASE HELP ME, I'M GOING INSANE!!!
