My modeling knob has been stuck and won’t “turn on” the function, and it feels like the part is broken. It no longer does the “soft click”, but seems stuck “down”, and when I press on the top, one side leans in. I opened the back and both screws are tight, so I’m guessing problem is on the top button side. I can’t seem to find a repair location near Nashville and no videos of people with the same issue. Ideas? Thanks!
