The direct out of Line6DT 50 Head only gives signal, when master volume is cranked up to maximum (at around -15 db)
When at 9 o´clock there is barely any signal. Needs lots of input gain, however white noise increases as well, so not an option.
In live situations at small venues master levels up to 12 o´clock are acceptable, everything above is too lood.
However then as well the direct out has a very low signal and cannot be used.
How are your experiences with the direct out for recording or going into PA with DT amplifiers?
Is the signal sufficient at lower master volumes between 8 - 12 o´clock, how much db do you get?
