I have a ticking in my gear as well. For the longest time I couldn't figure out what it was. It was rhythmic so I thought it might be a clock or something. Turns out the electric fence around my horse fields was causing the audible tick in my gear. If I unplug the electric fence transformer the ticking stops. Those fences arent constantly electrified. It sends a shock through the fence every second. Something like that might be causing your audile artifact as well.

Every other preset I can drag and drop a preset from the customtone area after downloading. Presets 29C - 32D just say New preset. I just got this unit today and I just did the newest update and also a factory reset because none of the factory presets were in this unit. It seems I can build a preset but can't drag and drop one or import one or move one of the other factory presets into any of these locations. Any thoughts? Did I miss something or are these presets like this for a reason? Thank you for any help. If this is normal please let me know. Thanks again

I have an iMac which is new with current Mac OS. I use my Helix as an interface for recording or listening to music or YouTube. Is there a way to have my Helix and Pod Go hooked to the iMac but hear both through my helix headphones out? I like presets on both but you can't use both at once as your interface. Do I have to keep switching audio interfaces in my iMac preferences? Thanks for any help.
