  1. Thank you so much, everybody! I really appreciate the help!!!
  2. I'm positive this question has been asked/answered before but I'm not sure I'm understanding the answer. I just upgraded my firmware too the latest version. I backed up all my previous presets (there were the Factory 1 and Factory 2 lists, and my User 1 and User 2 lists) on my computer. I then did a factory reset, which--due to the new firmware--gives me new presets, many of which I think I like. But the downside, of course, is that my User 1 and User 2 presets are now gone (blank). Now, at this point, I can of course restore all my backup presets. This would replace all the new presets (that had come with the firmware update) and give me back what I previously had--my previous Factory 1 and Factory 2 lists, plus my User 1 and User 2 lists. But I lose the new Factory presets. What I really want to do is restore just my User 1 and User 2 preset lists. But I don't know how to do this. I have my computer plugged into my Helix, I have HX Edit open, and . . . then what? I know I can restore individual presets one by one, but that would take a long time. Is there a way to restore all my User 1 and User 2 set of presets in one go? Thanks so much in advance! And apologies for the dumb question.
