i have a g30 system as well and just a couple days ago my battery latch broke completely in half. now i have to velcro whats left of the door to keep the metal against the batteries. its such a shame how these are made because the unit itself is great but the battery door is awful. i made a support ticket but i dont know if they will help me fix it. this sucks
