  1. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it! Regarding the XLR's: Thanks for the tip. I originally thought I would switch to using the LT's XLR's for FOH to avoid using a 1/4" send and my DI box (which is I do currently with the Stomp). But thinking about it, If I get the Helix LT, I'll use Send 1/2 rather than the XLR's and keep using the DI box. You never know whether FOH is going to send phantom power down their cable and the DI provides isolation from phantom power. And I just noticed the warning in the LT manual "IMPORTANT! Never connect the XLR outputs to a device whose XLR inputs have 48V phantom power enabled!" So, I'll follow your tip, but set both the Paths' outputs to be Send 1/2 and stick with the DI box approach.
  2. Hello. I've been using an HX Stomp for years live and for sessions and love it. Unfortunately, with a new band, I have reached the limit being limited to the Stomp's one single signal path. I also find myself needing more DSP power, which the LT would resolve. So I'm trying to determine if the Helix LT will support what I need to do, routing-wise before I buy one (see attached diagram*): My situation: I need to route the signal from my bass to two separate amp blocks. From each amp block to separate EQ blocks and then out to the 1/4" L/mono output (for stage monitoring). Also from each amp block to separate cab blocks and from each cab block to a Send block to the same XLR output (for FOH). Can anyone who has a Helix LT confirm if this routing I show in the diagram would work or suggest another routing approach that accomplishes the same thing on the LT? I appreciate your time and thanks for reading! *Note: The diagram is simplified and does not show the other FX blocks I need. I'm just concerned about the routing.
