warmtones

I play alot on eJamming and im using my PodHd500 as an audio interface. I have everything working fine but I can't get levels through eJamming when im playing backing tracks. I can hear the backing tracks coming through but noone can hear them when im in a room. Is there an easy fix to this problem without having to download additonal software. Computer is a MacBook Pro. Please help
