I have just recently picked up a Hd500x. I am experiencing a problem with unwanted noise for my progressive metal rhythm tones. When plugged in to my pc via usb, I don't experience any inwanted fret noise as I have my noise gates set quite aggressively. But when I'm take the usb out and continue jamming, I get unwanted fret noise. Not feedback or anything, it seems my noise gates are fine its just as I go to mute the strings after palm-muting or whatever I get that fret noise that no body wants.
Does anyone have any suggestions that may help me?
