  1. Wow Dave, that's a lot of useful info! I'm very much a beginner when it comes to tweaking the JTV-59 and HD500x. I know great sounds are in there, but I guess you just have to give it the time.
  2. Thanks clay-man. The magnetics are only just above the height of the casings, so I guess they are quite low already. I presume I can't use Workbench to reduce the volume of the magnetics, so the only other option is to set the volume of each preset to max (6db) in Workbench. Is that correct?
  3. Hi! Ever since I've had my JTV-59, the magnetic pickups have always been a lot louder that the piezo pickup. Is this normal? Can I use Workbench to correct this? Any advice greatly appreciated! :-)
  4. Thanks BlueViolince - I've got it working now.
  5. I'm looking for some help with configuring my POD HD500x. I've read the manual, but still am not clear on how to do what I want to do. I want to be able to send a clean signal out through effects send, and for the return to not be affected by any effects on the HD500x. The output from the HD500x would be mono, and would be a combination of effects in the preset, plus the effects send/return signal. I've added an effects loop to the start of my test preset, but at the moment the return it is altered by effects in the preset. How can I configure things differently? Thanks for your help.
