The tuner on the Amp is spot on but when I'm looking at the MKII is off by a couple of degree. I just went back and reset the intonation with a new set of strings. When looking at the AMp tuner when its right in the center the MKII tuner lights will be two lights flat from the zero mark.

I also noticed when I connect my devices to my laptop I can't seem to use the Line 6 Monkey.. it doesn't show the devices I have?

Well I meant if you place your finger on the sixth string you then tune the open "A" to the fretted "A" on the fifth fret and work your way down to the open high "E" string but if I use the tuner on the MKII the open string is off it shows it at a different pitch then what it should be.

I don't have the issue with my spider IV 120 but it seem the problem I have is with the MKII pedal. When I tune the guitar it seems fine but when go play a chord it's all off. I had my guitar intonated. But if I do the fifth fret finger tuning and get it in tune and go back to the tuner it's showing its all out of whack. But the chords and the guitar seems to play fine. It's all in tune. is there away to get this pedal recalibrated? Thanks.
