Guys, trying to upload my HD500X tone to Custometone-, getting an internal server error, I changed the file extension to DR Z Worship.h5e from DR Z Worship.5xs - still same error- I am logged in, no issue there. Suggestion appreciated-

Attached is a picture of my HD500X during Live use. Note my OCD This is one of the best sounding setups i've used-Including real Dr Z's, 11R and Kemper amp. I'm using DR Z RHYTHM made by another user and I modified to work with the OCD and my American Deluxe Strat and Gibson Les Paul Traditional. I just uploaded the patch with OCD pedal under JAD99888

All right line 6 experts here's a question, using the HD500x, adding a OCD overdirve to the front of the HD- Guitar > OCD > HD500x The volume on the OCD has to be turned very low to match the volume on the HD-Why? I dont want to engage the OCD and have a huge jump in sound-I can't seem to match the HD volume to OCD Volume- Thoughts? Suggestions welcomed! Thanks in advance

Any one having this issue with their HD500X, When i use a unbalanced or balanced XLR cable to my monitors i get a volume drop, by 1/2 comapred to the 1/4" cables to the same monitors. HD500X is 2 days old, what am I missing? thanks
