  1. Looks like I made a mistake getting an Amp with any sort of software attached. I'll know in future. I'll also avoid Line6 like the plague - as this should not take long to resolve, if they wanted to look after their customers. We don't need any support or additional features, just a release of the existing app as a 64 bit app (which will hit everyone, eventually, when they upgrade their version of Android). If they can't be bothered to do that, they could instead release the source code as open source (as it's now obsolete and unsupported) so that someone else can update it to 64 bit..
  2. Same problem here. Android 13 on the pixel drops support for 32bit apps. So it's 64 bit apps all the way (and this has apparenly been coming for a while). Line6 would need to update the Amplifi Remote app to 64 bits. Surely it shouldn't take them long to fix it and release another version? Otherwise, they're effectively killing off the Amplifi line - and I'll not be looking at Line6 for Amps in the future.
  3. I have a HD500x and find the available tones somewhat restrictive (at least at present).. What I do when I can't get a tone for the HD500x is get another tone for a different model and open it up in the editor for that particular model (If renaming the file doesn't work).. I then open up the HD500 edit software and basically create a new tone manually using the details of Amp, Cabinet, Delay, Distortion, Mic etc from within the editor of the other POD.. It's a bit laborious but it works - and you get a good idea and capabilities of the different pieces of kit used! :)
