  1. Hi, This is a bit of a follow up to a question I had some time ago. I had been having an issue with volume jumps which a member suggested that I look at the Global In/Outs and set them to line or instrument to get this corrected. I did that I we were good. However last night I was building a patch for an upcoming gig and I had an analog chorus in the HX Stomp loop in Block 1, Harmonic Trem in Block 2, Cosmo echo in Block 3 and Dynamic Hall in Block 4. I could use blocks 1 &2 no issue, I turn on Block 3, no problem but when I turn off Block 3 a big volume drop. It does go away without resetting the Global in/outs. I hoping someone with more knowledge than me can give an answer as to why this is. Thanks!
  2. I bet this is the ticket. I am running everything as you describe. I've been looking and the in and out settings on the PRESET level, not GLOBAL. I'll check that this evening and see if that doesn't solve the problem.
  3. codemedia you're correct about it being in the amp's loop not the HX's loop block but I do appreciate rd2rk taking the time to try an help. Right now I'm using a Mesa Fillmore 50 to setup my board but my main gigging amp is the Mesa Mark V. I've not experience this issue with other pedals but I understand the HX is a bit more than a pedal. I'm unsure how to "find the LOOP level on the amp". I have messed with the output level on the HX and looked at the input impedance. Messing with the impedance did lessen the effect but also tended to thin out the low end. I was hoping someone had the magic bullet here.
  4. Hi, I've had my HX Stomp for a while but mainly used it through studio monitor for at home practice. I really like some to the delay setting I have on it and want to add it to my main pedalboard, but I ran into a problem. When I add it to the loop I get a big boost in volume. All I'm running the blocks is a 70's Chorus, 2 Delay on split lines, and the Dynamic Hall. Even with all the blocks bypassed the volume boost is still there. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
