  1. The Advanced Guide for the HD300 & HD400 Appendix B talks about using MIDI software with both models, but on re-reading it the main function - maybe only function - seems to be backing up and restoring presets. Not what I was hoping for.
  2. I'm pretty new to the POD line of products, my experience has been with DigiTech up until my GNX4 decided to crap out on me. Someone loaned me their HD300, which has pretty good sound, but not as much foot control as my GNX had. In fact, I was able to make a MIDI controller that could give my GNX some extra capabilities. I know the HD300 doesn't have real MIDI connectors, but it supposedly can use MIDI via the USB port. Is there a way without using a PC to send MIDI signals from a MIDI controller to the HD300 and if so, how? Also, is there a list of MIDI commands for the HD300?
