Thanks I will start a support ticket. It's under warranty so I'm sure they'll stand behind it. Just hope I'm not without my Pod for very long. Hate to go back to my old effects board.

So this "save bundle" drop down menu is on the HD500X? Will it the save it somewhere on my laptop when I sync to the Editor program?

How do I save all my current patches to my Laptop? I may have a warranty repair and I assume they will all be wiped out back to the factory settings. I do have the HD500x Editor program as well as the Line 6 Monkey loaded on my laptop. Do I need to down load another program to save my patches? Any advice would be helpful. I am not real computer savvy.

I recently purchased my HD500X last Christmas and now one of foot switches doesn't make the "mechanical click" they all make when you step on them. The switch still is working but it feels different from all the rest. I'm wondering should I send it in while it's under warranty? I worry about problems down the road when it's no longer under warranty. Anybody have any advice or experience a similar issue?
