Hi there - update... I reset the midi moose to channel 1. Checked Received Midi PC is on. Restarted all, and it worked! Control is working as it should now. Thanks for the suggestions!!

I've had my helix rack for a few months now. A while back I picked up an new tech 21 midi moose to use as floor controller. The idea being to program complete patches then just have the simple controller on the floor to switch patches. It worked great right out of the box. Just plugged it in and it worked automatically. Worked fine for a month or two.... Then recently the two units stopped communicating. I turn on the midi moose and the number panel flashes "16c" then changes to "1" but it is no longer controlling the helix. I tried the "find" controller feature but it doesn't register anything. Anyone have this happen? Know of a solution? Thanks.
