Well, I am about to throw my pod hd500x in the garbage as it is continuously stuck in the the update firmware routine and the Line6 pc software wont get updated anymore. I bought myself a Boss gx-100.

I have the same question and besides that : 1. why does Line6 not upgrade their software to the latest prosumer operation systems. It’s very disappointing to find out that even a new product like Helix runs only on older versions. It may come to the point that I ditch line6 all together….. 2. no reaction to the post by someone working at Line6
