Hi truelle, i have a similar issue too with W7. The driver is inside HX Stomp software (now i'm using HX Edit 3.52) , so where i can find the 1.96 version of the driver ? Thanks a lot.

I have a new HX Stomp XL with HX Edit 3.52 ver, original USB cable to connect the device, both USB type 1 and 2 on the PC. I have tried with 2 different laptops and 1 desktop, all with W7. Nothing has changed, same issue. During the installation process, a pop-up message indicate me that drivers have an unrecognized digital signature (a yellow triangle appears in computer devices). HX Edit works perfectly to set effects, but i can't use HX Stomp XL as an external audio interface (not appears like a new device). Has anyone got the same problem ? How can i resove it ? Thanks a lot for support.

Hello DBOOMER, the two RelayG30 were be replaced from the seller. The new Relays are perfect. I think the old one were flashed with V1.xx firmware (instead V2.xx). Thanks for your support.

The other serial numbers (RelayG30 Nr.2) : System: R6G2M6427000192 Transmitter: R6T0M6427007924 Receiver: R6R0M6427006682 Every time the signal drops out, the three green leds (signal leds) are changed from all illuminated to all off (just for 1-2 seconds), then they changed back to all illuminated. These are my serial numbers: System: R6G2M6427002929 Transmitter: R6T0M6427007344 Receiver: R6R0M6427018111 In this moment I have not the other serial numbers (I gave the other ReayG30 to my guitarist) Could you tell me my firmware using the serial numbers ? I don't know the firmawe inside the RelayG30 but when i made the procedure as you described my blue led don't flash. 1) I turn on the power 2) the green led switched ON and the blue led swiched ON (it seems violet) 3) the green led swiched OFF and the blue led stay ON but became blu. As i wrote i bought two NEW G30 last month (August 2014). Is it possible that the firmware inside is 1.xx version ?
