Thanks for the fast response! the soft buttons dont work at all; i did try deoxit on the button contacts, but that didnt fix it. will the edit buffer initialization procedure erase the model packs?

Hello Pod xt users: two of my four soft buttons (the ones below the screen) have ceased to function; i am wondering if anyone has any experience in fixing them? If so, i would love to know how to repair them. I bought it used and it arrived in its current state; was going to return it but it is loaded with four of the model packs, and everything else on it functions fine...so i decided to keep it. I have been editing it via an X-session midi controller but, for long term use, would prefer to find a fix if there is any.
