Hello people, I am currently downloading Gearbox from line 6 softwares. Is there a manual/tutorial for the back up thing? I want to save everything I currently have before flashing it. Another question: After backing up my tones as a bundle, how do I actually flash the hardware? I am downloading gearbox from this link: http://uk.line6.com/software/?name=GearBox&submit_form=set

Hello, My Pod XT Live is stuck!! I hear the rotary drum sound. It doesn't let me change anything. I tried unplugging it but that doesn't reset anything in a way that the machine restarts from a place where I can use it again. This is surprising to me. Please help me take it back to my normal plug and play mode where I get to select different tones and stuff. Below is a video of my condition:
