I'm stuck trying to do the Firmware upgrade from 1.01 to 2.1..via USB, the screen says Update in Progress but just below it it says Update Failed, Read/Write error Check USB Connections. Also all 4 Lights are lit up on the pedal board A,B,C & D. It's been churning away for over 1 hour now. Any Suggestions? Thanks
