Hello! I've got a Yamaha APX-6 electro-acoustic guitar which has, since I first purchased it in maybe 2002 become rusted at the battery. I'm not sure how to fix this, since getting a new battery won't solve the fact that the part it attaches to is damaged (see picture). Any advice on how to go about trying to fix this problem and where I could replace damaged parts? Is it possible to get parts and repair oneself? I'm out of my depth! Thank you, Catherine
