First, the HXEdit 3.8 broke the backup service on my macbook running Sequoia 15.1.1. Issued bug report and got HXEdit 3.8.1 which fixed the backup service, but the Helix floor update failed with no reason given, just "boot failure; entered update mode." Now my Helix is hosed and won't boot. This is the first time I've had a problem with a Line6 update. I can't believe they put out this crummy code!

Attempted Helix floor 3.8 update. Installed HXEdit 3.8 and attempted floor update. It fails on backup with: "Error occurred during the backup: Service is not online (code-8207)". Hardware is macbook pro running Sequioa 15.1.1. Restarting the laptop did not help.
