It works preseted tone(Bank 1 - A ~~~ ) nomarlly. As mentioned earlier, it happens whenever I change user bank where I download tone via tone search.

Thanks for your reply. It seems to miscommunicate what I mean. I didn't do anything whenever I change tone. except press A, B, C, D or Upper Arrow & Down Arrow Ex 1. I play my guitar at Bank 30 - A (sound: Very Loud) 2. Change the tone Bank 29 - B (sound: Very Loud) 3. Return Bank 30 - A (sound: small) Would you know how to solve it ?

Hello everyone My firehawk is upgraded the lastest firmware. Download user tone via tone serarch function and than save it on my firehawk. Unfortunately, whenever I change the tone, sound volume reduce. (ex: Bank 30 - 1 to Bank 30 -2, return Bank 30 - 1 reduce volume 10 -> volume 5 continually) Yes, turn on after turn off the machine, it works nomarlly. Would tell me how to solve the problem?
