Hiho I run a small amp repair shop in the UK. I am having trouble finding replacement parts for Line6 amplifiers. Immediately, I am trying to source a replacement presets rotary encoder for a Line6 Spider IV 75. I believe Lin6 refuse to sell parts to anyone but authorised service centres, is this true?
