I had the same issue with Line6 Central. In my pc with wiondows 11, the Hx Edit and Native work perfectly.

I just bought the hx one. I installed the software downloaded from the main Line6 site to upload the firmware. When I tried to start it, I got the message on the screen. I did what I found in the general FAQ The Line 6 Central app cannot be run as administrator on any Windows system. If you experience this error message, we suggest you go to the root .exe file (C:/Program Files (x86)/Line 6/Line 6 Central), right click it, select “Properties”, and uncheck “Run this program as an admin” located in the Compatibility tab. But it doesn't work, I always get the same message. Suggestions? Or do I have to return the product?

Yes, It works! Deleting Helix Native.prefs Native works perfectly! Tanks!!!

Good evening, I'm trying Native, I'd like to join him with my Helix. I have an dell with i7 16 gb ram, windows 10 and cubase 10 elements. Everything works well, even with Native just installed. After turning off the PC and turning it back on, Cubase crashes when launching Native, does not happen with Bias 2, and I am forced to uninstall Native and install it again. I'm finishing the trial days, if I find a solution I intend to buy the software, otherwise I'm sorry but I have to give up. Thank you Gianluca
