hi anyone had trouble with the usb not working on a powercab ,it was working fine then connected it one day to add presets and didnt register in cab edit checked in devices on computer not there checked on different computer still not showing ...factory restored the power cab, reloaded driver and edit still nothing showing any ideas ? thanks

yes did a full restore and added the presets after manually thx

Hi all since updating to 3.01 i seem to need to run the helix lt volume at max for factory presets ( used to run at half was good for factory and custom presets both would run at same output level ) but now custom presets need to be a half volume as previously but need to up the volume knob to max for all factory presets any ideas .. ive tried altering amp volume and/or output level but alters tone as aposed to just altering volume knob any help would be appricated thanks

Hi all i new to the helix having just bought a used unit a question about ir's does the unit come with them allready loaded ? or do you add them as theres all 128 on there at the moment but appear to have been rearranged ive made a back up copy of them but wanted to know if they where correct as with the unit or weather they had been loaded on by po any help is much appreciated thx
