Hello. I've used my SonicPort to record my bass but I have an ATV electronic drum module that I'd like to record my practice sessions with versus buying an iRig if possible. So far I've gone out of the Left channel of the ATV module into the 1/8 inch l/r on the sonic port and then connect the sonic port to my ipad via the proprietary cable that came with the sonic port. I've used the built in camera app on the iPad to attempt to record audio with no luck. I don't recall what app I used to use to record my bass but it was not MobilePod. It was another app that I was "allowed" to use since I had a sonic port. Do I need this app or another for this to work or is what I am doing not supported?
