Hello, I am a new Firehawk 1500 user. I've loaded the Remote Application on my iPad and iPhone. When I paired my iPad to the Firehawk 1500 the iPad screen just showing syncing. It's gone on for several minutes until I've killed the app. Any idea why the Remote App is locked in Synching mode? It has rendered the tool unusable at this point. Many Thanks, John Temecula, CA
