Got it figured out.

When I put songs or backing tracks on a SD card they end up being noisy and static sounding.I have tried different sources and converting software still same problem. They are being converted to mono 16bit 44100. Also have tried different cards size and brands same issue. Thanks for any help.

The first 4 banks of the user tones in each section are used with pedal. For example user bank A the first 4 tone will be a b c d pedals and same for each user bank. So you need to assign the tones to a user bank. Its a little confusing at first. User bank A first 4 assigned tones will be A B C D on pedal. User bank B same thing first 4 tones will be pedals A B C D and so on. You can change the tones in users banks to what you want them to be.
