I recently picked up a used Floorboard to use with my 1st Gen Spider amp. I had a similar issue and found a combination of things helped. 1.) Try several different Ethernet cables and make sure the connection is solid. 2.) If you are handy with a soldering iron (low wattage though), you can re-solder the microswitches. 3.) Not all cleaners are equal. I use DeOxit F5 Fader spray cleaner on all my electronics with excellent results (scratchy pots, dirty connectors, etc). 4.) If all else fails, you can replace the microswitches for about $1 each; $9 plus shipping for the whole board. Hope this helps. Good luck!
