Thanks guys, Yes its a volume problem on all presets. Ive tried opening a new preset from scratch but it has the same issue. The XLR's work fine and so does the Right Output underneath the Left mono out. Not sure what else to do. Don't feel very confident in using this product anymore especially at a live gig. I've only had it for 5 days and already something has gone wrong!!! Mega disappointed considering the amount of money i handed over for it

Only had my Helix for less than a week. Turned it on after having no problems and now i'm getting a very low signal from the 1/4" Left Mono Output. I've checked all my volume settings, globals etc - Still really low. When i use the Right output 1/4" jack my signal is loud and clear??? Can anyone help??
