  1. I am not sure. I did update the pedal and perform what I thought was a reset. I will look into that. it does seem like I am still missing a setting somewhere. Thank You
  2. Thank you for your reply. We did go through the global settings. We changed the output settings to studio. That made it a lot better. However still a little fuzzy. We tried different players, guitars, cables, mixer inputs, etc.
  3. I purchased a HD500X for my son about a year ago. We use it balanced directly into the mixer when playing live. It's perfect. The other guitar player in the band recently purchased one as well. The goal being to have matching tones, volume, power, etc. We are using the POD HD500X edit app. When loading the same settings or pre-set tones from the app on to the new pedal we are not getting the same sound. We have tried everything I can think of. Same guitar, cables, inputs into the mixer. We reset and updated the new pedal. The tones on the new pedal are what I would call fuzzy and not very powerful where the original pedal had a powerful deep tone. Any suggestions? Thanks
