Sonic Port VX vocal recording on Mac/Ableton

Hi there, my new Sonic Port VX is not being recognised in the audio inputs/outputs sections of my Macbook or of Ableton Live. I know there is no driver that would help me. Does anybody have any suggestions? I have looked everywhere for a solution and still nothing.
