It eventually worked, took about 30 attempts.

I just got my FX100 and need to update the firmaware, device (iphobe 6s and Ipad Air 2) connects fine and controls the amplifi as expected. However if i try to update i get to the final popup box (the white one warning me not to switch off or disconnect, and when i hit proceed the app just hangs. It makes no attempt to proceed with the update. Any clues?
