I updated the firmware and now it works so i guess that was the problem lol

I replaced it and still nothing. I ran the guitar through the amp and it worked. Im just gonna get a passive guitar

Ok so i just purchased a firehawk to use with my crate bv-120h amp. I hooked it all up through the effects loop and turned it on and all i hear is buzzing. I habe a schecter demon 6 with active pickups. I plugged in my friends ibanez with passive pickups and it works just fine. Is the the firehawk not compatible with active pickups or am i doing something wrong?
