I found a solution, I had to install Windows Update, wait for updates to install, then re-connect the base/transmitter. All good now! Can't wait to use this little guy at practice! :D

Ok so I got my new Relay G10 and I wanted to update the firmware. So I installed the updater and plugged in the base/transmitter into my laptop running Windows 7 and I keep getting the "driver not found" yadda yadda bs is there a link to manually download the Relay G10 USB drivers or no?
