Need some help getting amp to recognize the headphone is unplugged so I get sound through the speaker I've reached an wall don't know how to do this

Problem with my line 6 iii 75 sound thru the head phones not thru speaker when headphones are unplugged. Like amp thinks headphone are still plugged in. Anyone have fix for this.

Problem with my 3/75 line 6 sound except from headphone jack.tried factory reset still nothing. Anyone have any idea how to correct this problem.
