Is there a way to import or change a pod go file so that it can be read by the Helix? I just moved up and would like to build out my go to pedal board.

Hello. First time poster. The amp out on the back of my Pod Go works fine but the main outs produce no sound. Is there a setting I'm missing. Also, in case it has to do with the latest update...I can't seem to create a back up within the Pod Go edit software thus keeping me from moving forward in the update process. Has anyone else experienced these issues and found a fix?
