Hi, Looking for anyone who can help. just got a computer and have downloaded the updater to the Mac, plugged it into the Helix Floor and nothing happens. What am I supposed to do?

I did see on line both a clear protective "condom" and also a hard shell cover for the floor pedal, although i am having a hard time finding them again. The hard shell cover was $145!
