No its been a year. If I move the Fx knobs, the effects work but the sound you hear won't go away.

Tried messing around with compression, noise gate etc.to no avail. d. I checked to see if the problem was with my guitar; It wasn't. I have no idea why its doing what's it doing. No matter what channel or what settings I may be in, there is a constant "sweep echo" along with a phaser mod running with it. See link to hear it yourself.
