  1. Whenever I play live at any decent sized venue I just connect the helix output to the house pa system. But my band plays alot of diy shows and house parties where I just bring my helix and my speakers. And also I tune very low wich is part of the reason why I thought the subwoofer might improve my tone. I usually either use my 7 string in dropped a tuning or my 8 string in drop f or f sharp
  2. I currently run my helix directly into 2 mackie thump 15 inch powered pa speakers. It definitely has an amazing tone as is but I've been considering adding a 15 inch subwoofer. Has anyone tried this? Would it improve my tone overall?
  3. So for a while now I've been playing my guitar into my helix into two powered pa speakers and a small subwoofer. Unfortunately the subwoofer broke and my overall tone isn't as great without it. What I was wondering is if I send the output of my second pa speaker to a bass combo amp instead of a subwoofer would that sound decent?
  4. I know everyone is going to advise against it and tell me that its going to sound horrible but i just want to know if its possible. I want to send one output to my guitar amp and the other stereo output to a bass amp with the pitch shift lowered an octave. Has anyone tried this, is it possible and how would I do it?
  5. I have my pod hd 500x plugged into my peavey 6505 with 4 cable method and all of the knobs and switches on my amp do nothing now. Any help would be much appreciated.
