I found it bymyself. Whoever is interested in the solution:
Open the "Line 6 Audio-Midi Devices" app stored in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Line 6\Tools" (German Windows 10 )
go to "Inputs and Recording". There you can select the PODxt Audio Signal Routing.
