Got an answer from the support that I should delete one of the devices. But I don't get it - I have four authorized devices and on my page it says that the computer where it fails to load, is authorized. And also, on my page it says that I have 4 out of five active units. So do I really need to remove one more unit? Has anyone solved this? I use Cubase on a PC with Windows 10. jiml6 - I cannot find the Purchases V2 file.

Have you solved this problem? Just got a new computar and installed cubase and Native and I get the same window where it freezes after authorisation.
