I was having trouble with latency with my audient id4. I found this really useful article on reducing latency from Audient. https://support.audient.com/hc/en-us/articles/202335209-Optimising-Windows-Computers-For-Audio I assume you could apply this to any USB audio interface.

Helix Native, no effected sound through reaper

I just figured out I didn't have monitoring turned on in Reaper! Thank you! -
I have Helix running through an Audient ID4 into reaper. Currently I am only able to hear a direct dry guitar sound that is not effected by Helix. When I record a track the track is effected by Helix. I am pretty sure this is a routing issue, however I have been working on this for hours and have been unable to figure this out. Any input would help.
