I just got a Helix LT from zzounds today. I hooked it up and it's working except I can't figure out how to get the light rings to light up. I don't know where to start on troubleshooting on this. Any help would be appreciated. It's running the most up to date firmware, and I restored it to factory presets. Should the light rings be lit up as soon as I turn it on?
