Hi, from saturday out of the blue my Helix in NOT CONNECTED. Last week I bought IR from the shop and I upload on Helix with no problem at all. Saturday I connected Helix to the same pc and nothing. I changed 4 pc with 4 O.S. (win7-8-10 and win 7 with no update at all), 10 usb cables and no usb hub. Last week ok, today not connected. I reset to factory settings, but nothing.

Nothing at all! My device is not connected. I suppose that the problem is usb port on Helix. 4 pc, 4 O.S, 4/5 usb cables... Tonight I try with a Mac, last chance.

Hi, I have the same problem. Do you resolve? My helix floor is not connected
